Good news! Everyone’s favourite foodie festival, Taste of Dublin is set to go ahead this summer, it has been revealed this week.
The popular event, which takes place annually in the beautiful surrounds of the Iveagh Gardens in the heart of the city, was cancelled last year due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
This comes as good news to most, as the festival is always hotly anticipated part of Dublin’s summer event calendar, with great food, music, drinks and atmosphere.
Announcing the news in a statement, event organisers said; “We are thrilled to be returning to the Iveagh Gardens this September with Taste of Dublin running over five days.”
“From mid morning to late evenings on Sept 1st to 5th the Iveagh Gardens will be filled with the very best food, drinks and entertainment from every corner of Ireland. We have lots planned and can’t wait to share more details with you in early July. So come join us and savour the moment!”
So, if like the rest of us, you’re sick of home made dinners, and are excited at the prospect of whole day out trying new things, then make sure you get your hands on some tickets!
Tickets for this year’s Taste of Dublin go on sale on Friday the 25th of June and start at €20.
