Love Island is set to return to our screens in just a few weeks, and while no one is sure what this summer’s season will have in store for viewers, that hasn’t stopped fans from speculating. With plenty placing bets on the Irish stars they’re expecting to see on this year’s show.
According to Ladbrokes, Ronan Keating’s daughter, Missy is currently the front-runner to enter the villa, with odds of six/one. The influencer revealed she had been asked on the show last year, but turned down the opportunity as she was in a relationship at the time.
But Missy has since split from her boyfriend, so there is plenty of speculation about her appearance this season. Second to Missy, is another Boyzone member’s offspring, Keith Duffy’s son Jay.
The actor’s odds stand at seven/one, but Jay has never shown interest in Love Island before and has a big project for Netflix coming up next year, so who knows if he’d have the time.
Also predicted to appear on this summer’s Love Island, is Missy’s fellow Dancing With The Star alum, singer Erica Cody.
Erica’s odds are at ten/one, but the Dubliner actually has big plans for this summer. As just this week she was revealed as the host for RTÉ’s brand new music show, The Main Stage, alongside The Coronas frontman, Danny O’Reilly.
It will be airing every Friday this summer, so Erica’s schedule is jam-packed as is.
Another one of this year’s DWTS contestants tipped to be entering the villa is Jordan Conroy. The rugby player’s odds stand at sixteen/one, and he hasn’t confirmed any summer plans yet. Plus he is close pals with former Love Island champion Greg O’Shea, so perhaps we’ll be seeing him this season?
Also tipped to appear on this year’s Love Island is Brian Ormond’s daughter Chloe. The influencer’s odds stand at eight/one.
Along with Lily McFadden, daughter of Westlife’s Brian McFadden. Lily also turned down the opportunity to appear on the show last year, but perhaps we will see her on our screens this time around. Her odds stand at fourteen/one.
Another personality tipped to enter the villa is Limerick model Shauna Lindsay, whose odds are also fourteen/one.
