Iced coffees are good at any time of year! Nespresso has released a new range inspired by sun-drenched, tropical days. Try the Original Capsule Ice Coconut or Limited Edition Vertuo Capsule Sunny Almond Vanilla for some summery indulgence.

Previous head chef at the Ice House in Mayo, Kwanghi Chan (Bites by Kwanghi) has returned to his old stomping ground to create a signature dish for the summer menu. Highlighting the exceptional fish found in the region, Kwanghi’s steamed hake with ginger and spring onion will be available until the end of August. Get in and try it while you still can!

Lunch on the go has never been easier – or tastier! M&S Cafe just launched two new salad options; the first with chicken, pasta, rocket and tomatoes in a basil pesto dressing, the other inspired by middle-eastern flavours, with feta, fruity couscous, grains and beetroot dip. Yum!

Looking for a new snack option? Try out these watermelon chips from Holland and Barrett!

Take the hassle out of entertaining, take the hassle out of the grocery shop, take the hassle – even once a week – out of just cooking an everyday dinner. From €48 you can order online a fully prepared main course dish, that easily feeds six, that is delish and delivered to your door (Dublin deliveries only for now, sorry!). All it needs is a reheat in the oven. You could even order a couple, like Masaman Chicken, Beef Stroganoff and Fish Pie and stick them in the freezer for when you’re having a bad day. Sallyann.ie

Known for their zero waste initiatives and ability to highlight locally sourced produce, Dela restaurant in Galway has just unveiled a new head chef, Shannon Di Cola Schiano and a new menu, as well! The house cured sea trout tartare, confit yolk, with local seaweed and crackling has already proved to be a big hit.

Are you heading to any concerts in Croke Park this summer? We’ve found the perfect place for a bit of pre-gig grub! The Croke Park Hotel, straight across the road is hosting an all-you-can-eat BBQ on the Terrace, before AC/DC this Saturday, and Coldplay on August 29th, 30th, and September 1st. With rib-eye burgers, pork ribs, chargrilled chicken, halloumi burgers, grilled sea bass side salads, grilled corn, baked spuds and then an array of desserts too, you’ll be stuffed! The 90-minute-sitting is €50 per person, and you can book a slot here!

We mightn’t get the weather of the Mediterranean very often – let’s remember those few sunny days together – but we can still enjoy a taste of Spain, even in the hazy rain, with Madrí Exceptional. Remember though, always drink responsibly!
