Tara Anderson has shared her sincere gratitude to all the hospital staff who looked after herself and baby Jools following the birth of her son last week.
The make-up guru and her husband Daniel announced the arrival of their second son at the start of February.
Despite on-going hospital restrictions due to Covid-19, Tara felt safe and at ease as she welcomed her newborn into the world.
Taking to social media, the new mum said, “Seeing first hand the work the midwives and nurses did and the care and compassion they showed me no matter how run off their feet they were, that will never be forgotten.”
She added that she’s “eternally grateful to frontline workers and everything they do for us especially this past year.”
Since their return home, the Tara captured an array of special moments between her boys, Gene and Jools, and shared the gorgeous video online.
“I know all too well how quickly this precious time goes so I have been really soaking up every newborn second that I can. You were all right when you said that my heart would double in size,” she gushed.

Tara first announced their pregnancy joy in July 2020.
“Just when I thought my heart couldn’t get more full, we have been blessed with another little wonderwall,” she said. “Gene is going to be the best big brother.”
Shortly after the announcement, they discovered they were expecting another son.
Sharing an adorable picture of both herself and Gene covered in blue confetti from a gender reveal balloon, she beamed, “Another beautiful boy.”
Tara and her husband Daniel tied the knot during a romantic ceremony in Carton House, August 2016, surrounded by their closest friends and family.
We wish them continued happiness.
