The heat wave is set to make a return this weekend, and it’s the news we’ve all been waiting for!
This week’s weather forecast, according to Met Eireann, is set to bring back the warm temperatures that we experienced earlier this month all across the country.
The national forecaster’s weekly weather round up brings news of high temperatures and calm winds
“Maximum temperatures 15C to 18C Celsius in the southwest, west and north, but warm and humid in the east and south, with values of 19C to 22C. Breezy, in mostly moderate west to southwest winds.”
“Warm and humid elsewhere, with good dry periods and some sunshine breaking through in parts of the east and south.
“Maximum temperatures will be in the mid to high teens in the southwest, west and north, but in the low to mid 20s in the midlands, east and south.
“Breezy, in moderate southwesterly winds, fresh along western and southern coasts.”
It might be time to whip the barbecue back out!
