According to Deadline, Marissa Irvine arrives at 14 Arthur Avenue expecting to pick up her young son Milo from a playdate with a boy he met at his new school.
But the woman who answers the door isn’t a mother she recognises. She isn’t the nanny. She doesn’t have Milo. And so begins every parent’s worst nightmare
Suddenly realising she has no idea where her son is, Marissa is pulled down a rabbit hole that takes her through the deep secrets of her community.
While the book is set in a suburb of Dublin, it has not yet been confirmed if the show, which is set to stream on Peacock, will keep the location.
As well as starring in this exciting project, Sarah will also serve as an executive producer alongside Megan Gallagher who previously created the BBC crime thriller series, Wolf.
The grind never stops!
