Stevie Wonder popped into a popular Galway store while sightseeing in the town yesterday.
The Superstition singer is set to perform at the Co.Down native’s wedding to Erica Stoll in the idyllic surroundings of Ashford Castle in Cong, Co. Mayo today.
According to the Daily Mail, Stevie flew into Ireland on Thursday and it seems that he’s been spending his time getting aquatinted with the west of Ireland.
He was spotted out and about in Galway town yesterday and he popped into CompuB on William Street – and they were delighted to have him in store!
CompuB’s Facebook page featured a snap of some staff members looking delighted beside Stevie and alongside it they wrote: “He just called to say … pleasure to have the one and only #StevieWonder in our #Galway store this afternoon!!”
The Irish Independent reported that he purchased an assortment of headphones and a car charger in the store.
