Stephanie Davis was pictured drinking what looked like a pint during an evening out with pals over the weekend, and now, the former BB contestant has had her say on the matter.
The pregnant star was papped by The Sun on Sunday, drinking what appeared to be a pint in a beer garden, but she has since come out to say she only took a sip of a shandy.
Taking to social media, Stephanie admitted that she had been enjoying soft drinks all day, but did have one tiny sip of her friend’s drink.
She wrote, “A sip of a mates shandy. Old glasses on the table. Not me drinking coke and orange all day, just the one pic where I have a sip.
“Sip of my mates drink is clearly not a boozy night out. Sad. Laughing. Over my head.”
Despite this, she did respond to one Twitter user, admitting her momentary lapse of judgement probably wasn’t her wisest move.
One of her followers, LeeAnne Rose Nevin said, “Sup or not, you shouldn’t be drinking anything alcoholic. Simple as.” To which Steph replied, “True. You’re right. Was only a sip of shandy, but you’re right x.”
