This easy vegan breakfast is full of texture and flavour. Accented with two superfoods, cacao nibs and goji berries, this easy to make dish is nutritious and tasty!

Ingredients:
Smoothie:
- 400g frozen blueberries
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- 250ml coconut milk
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
Toppings:
- 2 tbsp goji berries
- 1 banana, sliced
- 150g frozen blueberries
- 50g granola
- 2tbsp coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp cacao nibs
- 4 squares Lindt Excellence Dark Coconut
- 4 Edible flowers
Method:
- Put the 400g frozen blueberries, banana, coconut milk and agave syrup into blender and pulse until smooth.
- Divide the smoothie between two serving bowls.
- Top evenly with goji berries, sliced bananas, frozen blueberries, granola, coconut and cacao nibs.
- Garnish with 2 squares of Lindt Excellence Dark Chocolate and edible flowers, if desired.
