Trisha Lewis’ Raspberry and Coconut Smoothie Bowl is so yummy and easy to whizz up.The frozen raspberries will naturally bring a nice chill to your smoothie. YUM!
Ingredients:
- 100g natural yoghurt
- 50g frozen raspberries
- 25g desiccated coconut (plus more to garnish)
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 10g almond butter
- 20ml almond milk
To garnish:
- Desiccated coconut, lightly toasted on a dry pan
- Fresh raspberries, fresh strawberries, sliced blueberries 5 fresh mint leaves
Method:
- Blitz all the ingredients in a blender.
- Tip into a bowl and garnish with some coconut, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and fresh mint leaves.
