Legendary skateboarder Tony Hawk surprised a group of young skateboarders in a Belfast Park yesterday.
The pro-boarder, who is well known as the face of his field, took to Twitter to share a video of him mixing with the young hopefuls ad he spent the day in Belfast.
“Spent our day visiting a film set (rhymes with Shame Of Drones) & checking out Belfast skatepark,” the 50-year-old posted last night.
“I sometimes get asked what happens if I show up to a park unannounced; well here you can see it in real time. Good to meet you guys, thanks for the warm welcome!”

These guys look like they definitely weren’t expecting to see their hero on his board, and shared a sweet moment with him.
” Brilliant. Sure put a smile on their faces,” one fan replied, while another added “Total respect to you lad. A true role model to Skateboarding”.
Did you spot Tony!?
