Legendary US singer Tony Bennett has cancelled his sold out Dublin concert.
The 90-year-old was due to take to the stage at Dublin’s Bord Gais Energy Theatre this Sunday, but has reportedly had to pull out last minute due to an illness.
Fans of the 19 time Grammy winner will be able to avail of a full refund when presenting valid tickets.
A statement made on behalf of Tony read;
“Tony sends his deepest regrets to all his fans in Ireland that he will not be to perform for them.
“He was greatly looking forward to being back in Ireland again where he has received such a warm response from audiences over the years”.
