Sharon Corr has revealed her plans for a special family Christmas in Ireland.
The Corr’s front woman, who split from her barrister husband Gavin Bonnar back in October, says he will be flying home from her home in Spain to spend the festive season with her sister and bandmate Andrea.
Speaking for the first time since the news of her split from her husband of 18 years, the star says her late parents would be delighted to see the whole family together.
“I am going to be in Dublin for Christmas. I am going to spend it with Andrea,” she told The Sunday Independent.
“The whole family is going to be together. I am really, really looking forward to that.
“I’m sure it would have made mum and dad very happy to have all of us together for Christmas.”
Since the split, barrister Gavin Bonnar has been linked with Telma Ortiz, the sister of the Queen of Spain – and have recently been pictured together at the Princess of Asturias awards in Spain.
