Saoirse Ronan has put her Dublin home on the market.
The Oscar nominated actress bought the house in Thormanby Grove, in Howth in 2013, but after reportedly paying out €1 million for a home in Greystones, she has decided to sell her Dublin property.
The 23-year-old originally paid €334,000 for the property, which has now been placed on the market for a massive €495,000. This would leave Saoirse with more than €160,000 in profit.
The star of hit movie Ladybird recently spoke out about the scandals to have hit Hollywood this year, and how she was lucky to have not experienced it
“I was very lucky that I was protected from a lot of that,” she told The Hollywood Reporter.
“I never was really exposed to what went on at parties, I was never left on my own with anyone. My mom and dad were always around.”
