Ryan Tubridy has penned an adorable story with his youngest daughter, and shared a reading of the tale last night.
The Late Late Show host and author took to Instagram to recite the story about a jelly baby named Jellia, a character created by his daughter, Julia.
“Do you want to hear a story?” Ryan captioned his video, and evidently, viewers did!

Fans of the Tubs went crazy for Jelly Baby’s tale, with one viewer commenting: “I’m neither 2 or 21, but 54, and I totally enjoyed it,” while another joked “I’ll never eat another jelly baby! Absolutely loved that.”
Ryan has recently returned to work following his Coronavirus diagnosis, from which he has fortunately made a speedy recovery.
Speaking to his followers shortly before his return, Ryan assured everyone that “I’m on top of the world and I’m extremely excited to be going back into work.”
He also paid tribute to his colleague, Miriam O’Callaghan, who stepped in to host the Late Late in his absence.
“Miriam did a great job last Friday, as I’m sure she will tomorrow night,” he said last week.
“I want to thank her and the team for keeping the show on the road.”
