Roy Keane has spent some time this week volunteering with Cork based charity, Penny Dinners.
The charity serves freshly made meals to those in need, as well as offering warm clothes and sleeping bags to anyone who may require them.
Open seven days a week, all year round, the charity is of huge local importance – and Roy wanted to help out in any way he could.
Sharing a picture of Roy alongside some fellow volunteers, Caitriona Twomey said, “Plenty of sandwiches being prepared today with the girls of St. Angela’s and Roy who seriously is such a fantastic person.”
She added, “When it comes to kindness, he’s in a league of his own.”
No stranger to Penny Dinners, Roy makes regular appearances and offers his time, alongside the other volunteers.
