Rosie Connolly has shared an emotional post to social media, as she prepares to open her first clothing store for her brand, 4TH ARQ.
The influencer and business owner has been sharing some behind the scenes of the process over the past couple of weeks, and posted some more snaps yesterday.
Sharing them to Instagram she said; “Today was surreal… walking around a store and seeing your plans and visions come to life is just the most incredible and rewarding feeling!”
“Something I always dreamt of doing and had on my vision board for the last 5 years and it’s finally happening!”
Continuing, Rosie spoke about how at times her new business venture has been difficult and challenging, but ultimately rewarding; “4TH ARQ has blown me away, not only in terms of growth but in terms of how much I’ve grown since this launched…”
“I’ve learnt so much about business, I’ve faced challenges I never thought I could and it’s made me step out of my comfort zone and just go for it! And when I say I, I really mean we because I couldn’t do this without my husband… we are a team and have grown together alongside 4TH ARQ.”
Finally, she shared some advice to anyone else who has something on their own vision board; “I apologize for the long post but I just want to recognise this milestone and encourage anyone who’s scared to follow their dreams, to just go for it.”
The mother-of-two launched her clothing brand in December of last year, and since then has become a runaway success.
The clothing, which centres around comfy separates like sweatshirts, hoodies and tracksuit bottoms, is designed to be unisex. The brand’s mission statement reads; “Fashion is an expression of personality and shouldn’t be defined around a specific gender. We believe the paradigm of beauty has shifted and the standard for how we should dress has changed.”
The 4TH ARQ pop-up shop opens in Dundrum shopping centre next week, with the official day yet to be announced!
