Rosie Connolly launches new fundraising appeal for Crumlin Children’s Hospital

Irish influencer, Rosie Connolly has once again launched a fundraising appeal for Crumlin’s Children’s Hospital.

Last year Rosie raised a staggering €275,434.57 for CHI through a designer handbag giveaway. This figure was completely unexpected and raised vital funds for the hospital, so much so that she has decided to do one again this year.

Rosie shared; “I couldn’t let 2020 go without doing my bit to help raise money for CHI at Temple Street and CHI at Crumlin again.”

“As some of you may know, my fundraiser came from a day I spent walking the wards of Crumlin’s Children’s hospital and feeling so overwhelmed with emotion seeing so many beautiful children suffering.”

“I felt helpless and needed to do what I could to help. Last year we raised over a quarter of a million euro which still, to this day, blows my mind.”

The hospital shared that the money raised from last year went to good use and “has made a real and lasting difference for sick children from all over the country.”

“This vital funding has changed the lives of children. It made it possible to invest in a whole range of supports in both hospitals including vital equipment, ground-breaking research, parental and patient supports and redevelopment.”

At the time of writing Rosie has already raised €93,992 with an initial €10,000 target!

This year the Mum- of- two has created another amazing giveaway with the main prize being a stunning cream YSL handbag.
