Rosanna Davison shares ‘special’ day when her grandmother met twins for the first time

Rosanna Davison has taken to social media to share a special moment with her fans and followers, as her grandmother met her twin boys for the first time.

Rosanna and her husband Wes welcomed twin boys Hugo and Oscar last November, making them a family of five along with their older sister Sophia.

Due to the pandemic, many of Rosanna’s family had been yet to meet the twins, and Rosanna shared the special moment where her grandmother met them for the first time, six months after their birth.

Sharing a photo of herself with her grandmother and one of the twins together, Rosanna wrote, “Today was a special one. Hugo and Oscar met their great-grandmother for the very first time.”

She also shared another image on her Instagram story of her grandmother with the other twin, writing: “It’s so important for us to have these photos and memories as she’s a very special part of our lives.”

This comes after Rosanna recently opened up about the early stages of her pregnancy.

In the social media post, Rosanna can be seen cradling her small baby bump at six weeks pregnant. Sharing her honest thoughts of what was going through her head at that time, Rosanna said in the caption:

“Do you ever look back at old photos and think, ‘if only I knew then what I know now’?

“I knew I was about 6 weeks pregnant but it wasn’t until the following week that we found out it was TWINS.”

Admitting that she and her husband Wes were unsure whether or not her pregnancy would withstand, with 14 miscarriages prior leaving her in a ‘dark place’.

She continued: “I’m not sure that either of us truly expected it to last though. I kept sending pics to my mum saying I really couldn’t understand why I was so bloated at just 6 weeks.

“Most of my clothes were already too tight by then! Soon found out why.”
