Rosanna Davison has revealed why she is sick of the ‘baby’ question and explained why she thinks it is unfair.
The model and nutritionist revealed that she is often asked about having a baby before she and her husband Wes Quirke have been married for three years.
She explained that most people understand why her other-half isn’t having kids yet but are less understanding when it comes to her.
“Wes is also really busy with his career and business so I guess when people see that your reasons for getting married were not just to settle down and have a family, they stop asking.”
“There’s definitely more pressure on me, nobody really says to them, ‘When are you going to have a family and stop working?'”
The 33-year-old explained that she respects women who give up work to raise their children, however, she admitted she doesn’t plan on giving up work if she starts a family.
“I think I’ll always work but I’ve so much admiration for women who dedicate themselves to their home and family. My mum was a stay at home mum, she had plenty of interests of her own and hobbies, but I’ve seen it’s probably the hardest job in the world to run a home and family, it’s huge work,” she told the Mirror.
“I guess at the same time, I’ve put so many years into my career and studies that I’d love to try and continue it in some way when we have a family.”
