Rosanna Davison has decided to make her new book a lot more personal than the last, and has opened up about struggles in her life over the years.
The former model has been writing her following up book to bestseller Eat Yourself Beautiful, and in it, she reveals her issues with weight loss and body image over the years.
Despite being in the public eye so much, Rosanna admits she’s nervous about opening up so much in the book, and putting so much personal information out there.
Speaking to The Sunday World, she said, “I’m sharing a bit more of my own personal struggles in the new book which is out of character.
“It’s a bit nerve-wracking to know that people will be reading about you, but if I’m putting myself out there as an expert on nutrition and health, I have to be completely honest with the readers about my own situation.
“I have to be relatable. I myself struggled with weight loss.”
Rosanna also revealed that she hopes to step out of the limelight in the future, and focus her career more on nutrition and fitness.
“I’ve no desire to be and stay famous all my life either. Having a profile does, of course, help aspects of my life. I am not naive enough to think otherwise.
“Maybe I’ll open a wellness centre that combines nutrition and fitness in one. That would be the area,” she said.
