Ronan Keating had the ultimate birthday surprise for Boyzone fan, Florence Callender, as she celebrated her 107th birthday.
Florence received a special video message from Ronan, on the big day. During which he said: “Hello Flo, it’s Ronan Keating here! I hear you’re 107, holy moly! That’s unbelieve! Happy birthday and congratulations!”
“What an age, and what a life! You just keep on living your best life! Happy Birthday Flo, lots of love and God bless!”

Florence was absolutely delighted to hear from her favourite singer.
With the Deputy Manager of the care home in which she resides, Lesley Garbutt, telling Teesside Live: “Her little face lit up – she was over the moon! You could see the sparkle in her eye! If they have Frank Sinatra on in the common room, she’ll say turn it off and ask if they can put Boyzone on instead!”
While a message from Ronan might have been the highlight of her birthday, the celebrations didn’t end there.
With Florence herself explaining what a wonderful day she had, saying: “All the girls, the staff, came and we had the music on and all the family came too. We had loads [of people come] on Friday too – I had two birthday cakes!”
