Recipe: How to make the tastiest Easter blondies with Siúcra

Siúcra’s Easter Blondies are rich and delicious and have a hint of crunch. The perfect recipe to use up all that left over Easter egg chocolate, if you have any!


  • 150g (3/4 cup) Siúcra Light Golden Brown Sugar
  • 100g (1/2 cup) Siúcra Caster sugar
  • 150g soft butter
  • 1 egg plus one egg yolk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 220g (1.5 cups) plain flour
  • 160g mini eggs (leave some for on top)
  • 80g mini creme eggs for on top


1. Mix both sugars and butter. You can do it by hand or use a hand mixer or tabletop mixer.

2. Add egg and vanilla.

3. Fold in the flour.

4. Add in your Easter eggs leaving some for on top.

5. Bake on 180° for 20-25 mins.

6. Add some more Easter eggs on top.

7. Let cool COMPLETELY before taking out and cutting.
