Ray Foley has stepped in to co-host The Six O’Clock Show following the passing of Martin King’s father.
The presenter, who’s no stranger to the show, returned to the hot-seat yesterday afternoon with Muireann O’Connell in Martin’s absence.
Martin Snr sadly died in Beaumont Hospital over the weekend.
He will be remembered dearly by wife Christina, children Martin, Bernie, Paul, Clare, Christina and Eithne, extended family and many, many friends.
A humanist service will take place on Thursday morning in Dardistown Crematorium at 11.20am.
The family has asked for donations to be made to Pieta House and Alzheimer’s Society of Ireland in lieu of flowers.
