The beautiful Vogue Williams was spotted strolling down South William Street in Dublin in this unusual attire. She covered herself up in black but her skirt/dress with it's double slit revealed her gorgeous toned legs. She finished off the look with a black fedora and white Adidas runners. What do you think?
