A new member has joined the Weekend AM family!
Popular presenter Aidan Power will join the Weekend AM team as a sports presenter.
Viewers will see him on screen from Saturday 16th February alongside Simon Delaney, Anna Daly and Laura Woods.
Aidan has been presenting radio and television shows for over 20 years and has hosted live coverage of The Olympic Games, The European Football Championships and League of Ireland.
Speaking about his new role as Sports Presenter with Weekend AM Aidan said; “I am thrilled to be joining the Weekend AM team and I’m excited to work with Anna and Simon, and to be reacquainted with Laura, whom I had so much fun working with in the past. Weekends and sport go together and I’m lucky to be the one to share it with the viewers, and can’t wait to get started”.
