It’s been announced that an Irish version of Dancing With The Stars will be coming to RTE in the new year, and now the speculation begins as to who will be taking part in the show.
While a number of Irish celebs including Nathan Carter and Bernard Brogan have been rumoured to be taking part, model Pippa O’Connor has admitted that she’d love to give it a go.
Speaking to The Independent the mum-of-two said, “I’ve heard about it. Do I have any rhythm? I don’t really know. Probably with a few drinks on me I do.
“It sounds like it would be a good laugh – I would have to have a little practice and see if I was any good, I haven’t taken any dance lessons since I was a child.”
Pippa is a fan of the UK version of the dancing competition, and although she would love to take to the dance floor, she said that her hubby Brian definitely would not.
“I love it, actually. I love the English version so it’s great to see a change and a new show come in.
“I can say absolutely no – Brian would not do it. I don’t think he would be into anything like that,” she said
Pippa is no stranger to reality tv as she took part in Celebrity Masterchef last year.
