Irish actor Pierce Brosnan found himself in hot water this week as he tried to board a plane with a 10 inch knife in his possession.
The Meath native was apparently stopped by security at Burlington International Airport in Vermont, after the knife was spotted in his hand luggage.
The hunting knife was promptly taken from him, and Pierce was reportedly left both angered and humiliated by the whole scenario.
The star was allowed to continue with his travel plans once the issue was resolved, however we doubt it was a very pleasant flight for him.
Pierce has only very recently left Ireland, where had been shooting his most newest film, IT.
