Pierce Brosnan is one proud grandfather, as he announces another tiny tot has joined the family.
The actor took to Instagram to share some snaps of his new grandchild and congratulate his son Sean, along with his wife Sanja Banic, on their latest addition.
The pair were already parents to seven-year-old, Marley May. The Bond star revealed Marley’s sibling has been given the name Jaxxon Elijah Brosnan.
Sharing his delight, the Louth man wrote: “Jaxxon Elijah Brosnan, born 3:06pm 11/12/22… all good blessings to you my dearest grandson, welcome. Congratulations my darling Sean, Sanja and Marley. Peace be with you.”
Plenty of the Mamma Mia star’s friends were quick to send their congratulations in the comment section.
Singer Imelda May congratulated the family, saying: “Congratulations to all!!!! Welcome to the world little one.”
Painter Daniel Maidman, sent his well-wishes, writing: “Congratulations to your entire family!”
While American comedian Chelsea Handler shared the love, commenting a red heart emoji.
Pierce is a professional grandad at this point, with little Jaxxon Elijah being his fourth grandchild.
His two older grandchildren are named Isabella and Lucas. They are the children of his late daughter Charlotte, who died of ovarian cancer in 2013.
Pierce has five children all together: Paris, Charlotte, Sean, Christopher, and Dylan.
