Hit RTE show, Operation Transformation will be airing a special show over the coming weeks to help the nation.
For many of us cooped up at home the show will be a welcome distraction as it will be giving advice on how to look after both your mental and physical health at this difficult time.
The show’s team of experts will not be focussing on losing weight but instead on how to stay healthy and fit whilst at home.
The experts on the show GP Dr Sumi Dunne, Karl Henry, Aoife Hearne and Dr Eddie Murphy will be on air to guide people, each in their own specific field.
The show will look at diet, exercise, health as well as mental health during the current Covid-19 pandemic.
The show has just wrapped up it’s 13th series and we can’t wait to see this one-off episode back on our screens so soon!
