Nicky Byrne has made a heartbreaking apology over his Eurovision performance last week.
The singer arrived back in RTE radio studios this morning to host his show alongside Jenny Greene, and revealed his upset over not getting through to the final.
Speaking on the show, Nicky said, “From the bottom of my heart, I’m sorry we didn’t get there but I truly mean it, I loved representing and was honoured to fly the flag. Thanks for all the support.”
We thought he done a fantastic job!
Meanwhile, it has been rumoured that Nicky could be joining the X Factor this year, as his name has been thrown in the mix to take over as a presenter of the Xtra Factor.
How cool would it be to have Dermot, Louis and Nicky on the one show?!
