Niall Horan has shared a heartfelt message with Irish fans following his gig in the Olympia last night.
The Mullingar man kicked off his world tour in Dublin, and was blown away by the reaction from fans at the show.
“Dublin, thank you so much for tonight,” he said following his first solo gig in Ireland since splitting from One Direction.
“Starting the Flicker sessions in my homeland was incredible.
“Also, I really appreciate how respectful you guys were, listening to every word and enjoying the music.”
Just before the gig, Niall posed for a snap outside the venue to document the moment.
He was joined by Conor O’Donohoe, who’s band Wild Youth opened the show.
“Pretty cool that one of my best mates and his band Wild Youth will be playing this place tonight with me,” he said.
“Went to so many gigs here over the years and can’t believe I’m playing it tonight.”
