Niall Horan has revealed that he will be taking some time out after his first solo world tour.
The Slow Hands singer revealed his decision at the Horan & Rose golf fundraiser in the UK over the weekend, saying he is going to be taking some down time before beginning work on his second album.
“Having the band there is great so in the soundchecks we will jam out something and see what happens,” Niall told The Irish Sun.
“Nothing has really come yet. When I’m on tour I get into such a routine. And when you’re writing songs I feel like that needs to be 100 per cent your focus.
“So I’m going to take a couple of months off after the tour, which finishes in September. Then I’ll just write until I’ve got good tunes. I’m not coming back until I do.
The former One Direction star was also asked about his rumoured girlfriend, Hollywood actress Hailee Steinfeld, but played his cards close to his chest, “Private life, I’ll keep that one to myself.”
The duo were recently spotted looking very loved up at LA hotspot, EP & LP.
A source told People Magazine, “Niall had his arm around Hailee and they were holding hands. They definitely looked like a couple.”
