A second Newstalk presenter is set to leave the show, just days after Chris Donoghue’s departure.
His former co-star Sarah McInerney is set to leave the station too.
The presenter will leave her role in December, The Times reports.
Following a recent shake-up, she and Chris Donoghue lost their Drivetime show.
Chris was then promoted to political editor of the radio group, while Sarah was moved to Saturday morning show, Between the Lines.
Sarah will now leave the show just three months after being allocated her new role.
Instead she will focus on her TV3 current affairs show, which airs on Sundays.
She is also planning to write a book.
It was announced on Saturday that Chris Donoghue would leave his role to work as special adviser to Minister for Foreign Affairs Simon Coveney.
