Nathan Carter leads jam-packed Late Late show line-up this Friday

Also on the show is Ireland's favourite TV star, a sports star and a wedding expert.

Not again..

This week’s Late Late show line up is packed with some of our favourite Irish stars.

Mrs Brown’s Boys star Brendan O’Carroll leads the line-up on the Late Late this week as the show tackles everything from the state of the nation to the future of the Catholic Church.

He’ll be chatting to host Ryan about all things Mrs Brown’s Boys as Agnes and family prepare to take to the 3Arena stage again.

He’ll also be giving his take on Donald Trump and filling viewers in on what it was like to find himself literally in the eye of the storm as Hurricane Irma swept through Florida recently.

Dublin footballer Philly McMahon will also be taking to the couch, fresh from collecting his fifth All-Ireland medal. He’ll be chatting honestly about how life could have been very different for him, as he opens up about the huge impact his brother’s drug-related death had on him and his family in his new book The Choice.

With Say Yes to the Dress getting an Irish edition, host Franc aka Peter Kelly will be chatting about the show and all things wedding related. He’ll also explain how his business survived the recession and he’ll be filling brides in on the latest wedding trends.

Fr Joe McDonald is no ordinary priest. Ordained at 45, he has long called for a more open and welcoming Catholic Church here and he is now tackling the establishment head on with a controversial book titled Why The Irish Church Deserves to Die. He joins Ryan on Friday night to tell viewers why he believes the Irish Church has failed Jesus and the Gospel; what could be done to rescue it and why he feels the survival of the Church is by no means absolute.

The Late Late Show airs Friday, October 13th at 9.35pm on RTE One.
