Nadine Coyle has been forced to defend herself after viewers accused the singer of miming.
The former Girls Aloud star was on UK chat show Lorraine promoting her comeback.
She was singing her new single Got to Work live in the studio, when twitter users accused her of not singing live.
“Live vocals?! You’ve got to be kidding, not a chance! #lorraine,” one viewer tweeted.
Another added: “Why does she have a microphone, when she’s clearly miming? #Lorraine”
A third harsh comment said: “Just tuned into #lorraine and all I can see is some woman badly lip singing.”

After the performance, Lorraine was forced to address the social media backlash. “That was live vocals. People are tweeting in and saying that’s too good,” she said.
When the interview finished up, both Lorraine Kelly and Nadine took to Twitter to defend the performance.
“For everyone having a pop at Nadine Coyle, please note she was singing live. That’s what a good vocal sounds like. So give her a break,” Lorraine tweeted.
Nadine on the other hand, took the accusations as a compliment and said she was ‘flattered’ by the claims.
Thank you all for your lovely messages about lorraine & yes I was singing live I am very flattered some of you thought otherwise. — Nadine Coyle (@NadineCoyleNow) October 10, 2017
