Michael Fassbender and Ryan Gosling are teaming up for new drama Song To Song, centred on the music business in Texas. The award-winning actors will be joined by female stars Rooney Mara and Natalie Portman.
IndieWire have reported that Song To Song is about two songwriters and their struggle to chase their dream in a landscape of seduction and betrayal. These songwriters are played by Blue Valentine star Ryan, and Girl With The Dragon Tattoo actor Rooney.
Our very own Michael Fassbender plays the part of a tough music mogul Cook in the drama, which was originally called Weightless.Top musicians such as Florence and the Machine, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Iggy Pop and Lykee Li will also feature.
Song To Song is set to be released by Broad Green Pictures later this year. We can’t wait!
