Met Eireann have issued a weather forecast that will put a smile on all your faces.
This weekend is set to be the first fine weekend of the year, with temperatures meant to soar to up to 18C degrees.
Some parts of the country will feel higher temperatures than parts of California towards the end of this week.
“Generally cloudy with further outbreaks of showery rain today, though a few bright spells possibly breaking through,” Met Eireann have forecast.
“By evening time a more prolonged spell of rain will develop in the W. Highs of 11 to 14C with fresh to strong and gusty SE winds, veering SW later in the day.
“Wednesday will be warm and mainly dry with sunny spells, the best of these in the east.”
