Maura Higgins captured all our hearts after appearing on Love Island, and now it seems she is out to take over American audiences as well.
The Longford lady is current visiting Los Angeles, home of the US’ entertainment industry.
Keeping followers updated on her visit through her social media. But on her IG stories, Maura may have hinted at the motivation behind her visit to La La Land.
Sharing a snap of herself in a taxi, the reality star wrote: “A day of meetings”
Sharing then shared a snap of a board room set up for a business meeting. Writing: “BIG day” tagging US media company NBC Universal.
NBC Universal are the owners of some of America’s biggest media companies.
Including reality TV giants E! Entertainment, former creator of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Along with Bravo, home of The Real Housewives franchise. Some perfect channels for Maura to launch her American take over?
They also own animation production company DreamWorks, she perhaps some voice over work for the Love Island star?
They also own Peacock, Universal Studios, SYFY, USA, and of course, NBC. So maybe the model will try her hand at acting?
Either way, it seems something major is on the horizon for Miss Maura.
However, Maura’s Hollywood career may have to wait until after the summer, as Love Island producers are reportedly trying to recruit the Longford native for an upcoming All Star version of the show.
“The plan would be to invite some of the sexiest and most successful former islanders to see if they can find love for a second time around,” an insider told the Sun .
“Women like Maura, Sophie [Piper] and India [Reynolds] would be top of ITV’s wish list, while male stars including former 2017 series winner Kem Cetinay and fan favourite Scott Thomas, who was in the show in 2016, are also on the wish list,” they explained.
While we’d love to see the bombshell back in the villa, Malibu Maura does have a ring to it!
