Irish author Marian Keyes has been commissioned for a brand new BBC Radio 4 comedy series, alongside some very famous faces!
The Last Chance Saloon writer was announced today to be heading up her own series for the first time – with”Between Ourselves with Marian Keyes” coming to Radio 4.
The comedy series, which will also feature Irish comedian Tara Flynn, will be based on pieces from her bestselling collections of essays Under the Duvet and Making It Up As I Go Along.
“What an opportunity – I was delighted to be asked,” Marian said of the exciting news.
“I love Radio 4, so many great stories and storytellers – and now me. It’ll be great fun to work with the fabulous Tara Flynn, too.
“We’ve so much in common and so much to talk about.”
Other big names such as Joanna Lumley and Rowan Atkinson will also be taking part in the series.
