Arctic Monkeys have announced a big change to their upcoming Dublin gig.

The group was originally scheduled to play in the capital on the 20th of June in Marlay Park.

However, there has been a change in location, with the group now performing in Malahide Castle instead.

Malahide Castle can hold about 20,000 people, which is half the capacity Marley Park.

The group haven’t given a reason for this change of venue.

Simple saying on social media: “Arctic Monkeys will now be playing Malahide Castle instead of Marlay Park in Dublin in June 2023.”

Tickets for the show went on sale this morning at 9am.

The group last toured in 2019, and most recently performer at Electric Picnic last month. Their new tour is to promote the band’s latest album, The Car.
