Mairead Ronan has shared an emotional tribute to her son Dara on his 13th birthday.
The presenter, who’s also mum to Eliza and Bonnie, took a trip down memory lane as she browsed pictures from his childhood.
Alongside a number of snaps, she said, “I hadn’t a clue what I was doing as a first time mum. In a way, he kind of reared himself and I just went with it.
“But what I do know, is that Dara has turned out to be one of the kindest humans ever born.”

Gushing over the youngster, Mairead previously told VIP Magazine, he’s her pride and joy.
“He’s very mature. We’re very close. Also he’s the only boy on my side of the family. I have only sisters and they have only girls so he’s cherished,” she laughed.
“I am so lucky to have him… and then to be blessed with these two little girls many years later that I never thought I’d have. It’s a happy home.”
