Happy Birthday, lyric fm!
Yes the RTÉ radio station marked its 25th birthday this week and a certain Hollywood celebrity couldn’t help but join in on the celebrations.
The one and only, Sarah Jessica Parker has once again expressed her love for our little country by wishing RTÉ lyric fm a Happy 25th Birthday – how sweet!
Taking to Instagram, the actress shared a screenshot showing her listening to Evelyn Grant’s Weekend Drive on RTÉ lyric fm on Saturday, April 27.

“Happy 25th birthday to RTÉ lyric fm,” she wrote.
“To Evelyn Grant and all the great hosts at lyric, we are very fortunate to have you filling our days with beautiful music.”
“Here’s to the next 25 musical years,” she concluded before signing off with an ‘x’ and her initials.
She captioned the post: “Nice. I try to remember. Cause it’s always so lovely. X, SJ #rtéradio.”
As Sarah and her husband Matthew Broderick share a holiday home in Donegal, we think it’s about time that the actress is granted honorary Irish citizenship!
