Luke Combs to take over Slane Castle next summer

Who’s ready for a country summer?

Get your cowboy boots ready, as Luke Combs is set to headline Slane Castle in Co. Meath on 18 July 2026!

The 35-year-old North Carolina native, best known for hits like Beautiful Crazy, Forever After All, and She Got the Best of Me, as well as his stunning cover of Tracy Chapman’s Fast Car, will become the first country music star ever to headline the iconic venue.

He’ll be joined on the Irish leg of his My Kinda Saturday Night Tour by Dublin band The Script, American country artist Ty Myers, and country trio The Castellows, making for an unforgettable lineup.

The 2026 concert also marks 45 years of live music at Slane Castle.

Since hosting its first gig in 1981 with Thin Lizzy, the legendary estate has welcomed music greats, including Bob Dylan, Queen, Madonna, and David Bowie, with Harry Styles the most recent headliner in 2023.

Tickets start from €121.25 plus service charge and go on general sale via Ticketmaster from 10am next Friday, 17 October.
