Lucy Kennedy has revealed her husband Richard won’t be making an appearance in her upcoming family documentary on Virgin Media.
The show will follow the their quest to adopt a dog, and life with their gorgeous rescue, Riley.
While it will feature their kids Jack (11), Holly (8) and Jess (3), Richard will be staying away as he’s quite a private man.
“Hubby will not be making an appearance,” she told the RTE Guide.
“That is why we work. I answer the door to the postman with a ‘Daaadaaa!’ I don’t think there could be two of us like that. He is the opposite of me.”
She continued, “So it’s just myself and the children, where they are making an appearance in the more home video stuff.
“They are little so I didn’t want to put a professional camera in their face. Anytime you see them it’s my very dodgy camera skills.”
This is the first time she’ll have the kids on any tv show, and wants to make the process as simple as possible for them.
Speaking to VIP Magazine she said, “It is the first time I will be opening up our doors to cameras. It’s a topic very close to my heart and I really believe in this documentary.
“I hope that our children will help to educate other children. It’s very exciting. Keep your eyes peeled.”
