Get ready, because Miss Maura Higgins could be returning to the villa.

The Longford lady made a name for herself on hit reality series Love Island, and quickly became a fan favourite after her arrival at the villa. Since then, Maura has constantly ranked in the top ten for most successful islanders, gained over three million followers, and worked with massive brands like Boohoo and Ann Summers.

So is it any wonder fans want to see her return? And it looks like that dream might become a reality, as Love Island’s executive producer just hinted at Maura heading back to the villa for an All-Star season.

Speaking to RadioTimes.com, Love Island EP Mike Spencer said: “I think I said I’d like to do one last year and then everyone started talking about it! I can’t say anything yet but I’d love to do an all stars!”

When asked if the Queen of Love Island would be getting a text anytime soon, Mike admitted he would “love” to see her return.

“I had breakfast with her the other day.”

“She’s so funny. She’s amazing, so I’d love to see her on it,” he confessed.

This isn’t the first hint about Maura heading back to find love in the villa, as the model was recently spotted at a series of business meetings in Los Angeles.

She shared a picture of her in the ITV Studios over in the States. However, she didn’t comment on what she was doing there.

This isn’t the first studio she has met with during her time in Los Angeles.

Earlier this May she posted a picture of her in a taxi, writing: “A day of meetings”

Sharing then shared a snap of a board room set up for a business meeting, with the caption, “BIG day” tagging US media company NBC Universal.

NBC Universal is the owner of some of America’s biggest media companies.

Including reality TV giant E! Entertainment, former creator of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Along with Bravo, home of The Real Housewives franchise. Some perfect channels for Maura to launch her American takeover?

Maura wasn’t the only former Love Island star to meet with ITV bosses in the States.

Luca Bish shared a snap, which saw a placard on the wall showing signs for ITV Global Distribution, ITV America, ITV Entertainment and ITV Studios America.
