Bad news for those enjoying this year’s season of Love Island, as the show is set to come to an end shortly.
Finally, Love Island producers have confirmed the exact date that the show will finish, and it’s a little sooner than we would like to think.
On Monday the 23rd of August this year’s show will come to an end.
The news was confirmed by narrator Iain Stirling on last night’s episode, cracking a joke which revealed the finale date. While Mary and Dale discussed their blossoming relationship Iain said:
“Mary wants to take things slowly with Dale. Mary, you’ve got all the time in the world”
“And by ‘all the time in the world’, I do mean Monday, the 23rd of August. After which, you’re out on your ear”
Well, there it is. Just under two weeks of Love Island 2021 left. We’d best make the most of it!
Love Island continues tonight on Virgin Media One and Virgin Media Player at 9pm.
