Louise Cooney’s due date is fast approaching.
Yes, in May, the Limerick native announced she was expecting her first child with her partner, Mark Sweeney.
But before it all kicks off, Louise decided to take to Instagram where she shared a little life update with friends and fans alike.
Starting off, Louise admitted how she is very much in “nesting mode” now that she’s 36 weeks pregnant.

“Yesterday in a month is my due date, so technically I’m in my ninth month of pregnancy,” she added.
“I feel like it’s flown, for me it’s flown anyway. I think just with the move and there’s just been a lot going on so it feels like yesterday you know what I mean? That we found out.
Continuing: “It’s just getting very exciting now.
“We’re starting to feel a little bit more prepared. I’m scared to say that out loud,” she laughed.

“I still find it hard to believe there’s a baby in there,” Louise joked as she gestured to her bump.
“But when I feel the kicks and my whole body shakes, I’m like, ‘Okay yeah, there’s definitely a growing baby in there’.”
“It feels like the last couple of weeks I’ve grown so much, it’s starting to get uncomfortable, but that’s just the stage that I’m at. It’s nice, as much as it is uncomfortable, now I can feel the movement every day. It’s starting to feel very real.”
