Louise Cooney and fiancé Mark Sweeney are officially celebrating their wedding day.
And, in typical Louise style, she’s only gone and shared a glimpse of the celebrations to come.
The pair announced their engagement in August 2024, almost a year after celebrating the arrival of their first child, Jude, in November 2023.
They’ve booked the five-star Cashel Palace Hotel in Tipperary for the big day, which Louise previously described as their “dream” wedding venue.

Ahead of the big day, Louise took to Instagram to share a series of photos showing them getting ready.
“And we’re off,” she captioned her Instagram story, posting a snap of herself and Mark heading to their wedding venue, followed by a shot of the hotel itself, adding, “And so it begins.”
Louise then shared some behind-the-scenes moments of getting her son ready. “Getting our little man set up. The robe & the slippers, I can’t,” she gushed.
She later posted another story showing a statue of the Child of Prague outside their home — an old Irish tradition performed right before a wedding, said to bring good weather on your big day.
Louise also treated fans to a peek at her pre-wedding evening, which included a pint of Guinness and, naturally, a few celebratory bubbles, before calling it a night and settling in for some much-needed beauty sleep.
“So excited,” she captioned one post, perfectly capturing the buzz and anticipation ahead of her big day.
Previously speaking to The Sunday World magazine, Louise hinted at what exactly is in store for the big day.
“Jude is going to walk up the aisle with his two nannies. We’ll have our first dance with him, too,” she shared, referring to her almost two-year-old son. “He’s going to steal the show, all attention will be on him, I hope,” she added.
