Lauren Arthurs has been quite the busy woman since she gave birth to her firstborn earlier this summer.
However, the new mum has been enjoying some downtime as of late as she recently jetted off to Marbella, Spain with baby Fallyn and hubby John in tow.
Taking to Instagram to give her followers a little life update, Lauren said: “I feel like it’s been an age since I’ve come on chatting here.”
“I was saying to John, I find it difficult to find a balance. Obviously, we’re on our first family holiday so I want to document it all and share everything with you.

“But obviously it’s all go because it’s our first time being over here with a baby, but also my parents are here so I want to enjoy the moments and time with them.
Lauren then shared how grateful she is to have her parents with her, adding: “It’s been lovely to have the help. It really is.”
“I feel like we’ve just switched off, even if it’s just for the odd feed or going for dinner, it’s been so nice.”
Speaking about holidaying with Fallyn, Lauren revealed that she has been getting on so well, despite having her odd moments.
Continuing on: “It’s been so much better than I thought.”
Just a few weeks ago, Lauren opened up about the challenges she’s faced since becoming a mum.
“It almost feels like a blur already. But we’ve really tried to adapt to our new life with this little angle as best we can.”
“It’s a completely new way of life and I can’t believe how much free time I had before.”
